Getting Started

Setting up a new organization inside Tactic can be a little bit daunting the first time. Let's walk through an example using a fictitious company. We'll be showing you how to use both the API & the web app UI to get set up.

Organization

ACME Insurance

Summary

ACME Insurance provides liability insurance for roadrunners. They have 250 employees and two offices. One office has capacity for ~ 150 employees and the other ~ 100. All employees transitioned to working remote due to the pandemic in the beginning of 2020.

In Q1 2021, the company surveyed employees and found they wanted to work at least part of the time in-office. As a result, the company started a return to the office initiative but quickly realized they needed some help to manage capacity. That's where Tactic comes in.
