Do we need special hardware to use Tactic?

Tactic’s core features were designed for a user-friendly experience, accessible from desktop computers and mobile phones. If electing to use the Visitor Management feature, an iPad or Android tablet will be necessary for visitor check-ins, as well as an optional tablet stand and badge printer.

Do you charge a fee for a custom office map?

No. As part of the implementation process, our team will create a custom interactive map based on your office floor plan. Depending on the complexity, our normal turnaround time is 48-72 hours. We do this free of charge to help ensure your team has a great experience using our product.

Do you offer Enterprise solutions?

Yes! Tactic is designed to meet your hybrid team’s needs, no matter what size. Our Enterprise solutions provide advanced features, scalability, and dedicated support to meet the requirements of your business.

How long does implementation take?
